The Department of Computer Information Systems at Quinnipiac University's School of Business invites applications for a full-time teaching (non-tenure track) faculty position beginning in August 2018. The successful candidate will combine a strong background in information systems and business analytics with a commitment to innovative teaching, student success, and applied research.

The Quinnipiac University School of Business offers nine undergraduate majors, three graduate degree programs, a five-year BS/MBA program and an innovative 3+1 accelerated BS/MBA program.   • Developing and teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in information systems and business analytics in an on-ground and online modality

  • Guiding, advising, and mentoring students

  • Publishing impactful research in national or international peer-reviewed journals
  • Presenting that research at academic conferences
  • Service to the University community is required

Qualifications & Special Instructions to Applicants

  • PhD/DBA in information systems, business analytics, applied statistics or related field required
  • Evidence of teaching effectiveness
  • Evidence of previous research and/or doctoral coursework related to the field of information systems or business analytics

ABDs with teaching experience and a well-developed research agenda may be considered.
